I believe that nothing happens in our journey by mistake. I have been an actor/artist for the majority of my life and yet I also became deeply passionate about the masculine and feminine dynamics of relating about 8 years ago.
This full integrations of these archetypal energies are now a cornerstone of my creative process and I teach others this embodied approach to reach their creative potential.
An example of imbalanced Masculine is found in an executive who lives an overly pressured and robotic life with little to no inspiration. The practice and gift is to open the heart, move energy though the body, and deepen the senses. Shake up the mundane with more travel, variety, breath, and a heightened awareness of their surroundings. To bring in divine feminine practices to unlock and expand the possibility of emotion.
An example of imbalanced Feminine would be a highly sensitive and chaotic artist who flounders and is unable to build a foundations. To have healthy discipline (or what I call “blissipline”) and to show up with consistent, conscious integrity. Pay off debt, match words and actions. Being able to be on time and show up fully for responsibilities. To build trust in and through a healthy nervous system. This is the creation of a masculine container capable of holding their life and creations.
Finally, there is the balanced dance of the two. The ability and agility to lead and be lead, to give and receive. There is no control and no forcing. It’s the full commitment, variety, and skill of these embodied principles. This is why I never coach any two people in the same way. They all need one energetic more than the other at any given time.
Sometimes we need praise and encouragement. Sometimes we need firm and loving challenge.
The fullest expression of both helps us to both reveal our richest life possible *and* to effectively give our gifts to the world.
